About the
event: The
theme of the conference is sustainability in construction materials in civil
construction. Sustainability in construction materials is an area that has
gained importance among the researchers in the recent past. Depletion of
available raw materials and the need for alternatives to meet the futuristic
demand in construction materials is of real concern. This paves way for the
development of alternative materials that enables sustainability in
construction materials.
Some
important matters relating to the virtual conference of ASCM 2020 are as
follows:
All accepted
papers will be published by Springer in its Book Chapter series as a
post-conference proceedings;
To ensure
that the registered delegates attend the conference sincerely, there is a
nominal fee of Rs. 500. It is to be paid to PMCARES* Fund and a screenshot of
the transaction or receipt needs to be sent along with the completed
registration form.
If anyone is
not able to pay the fee, can make a written request to ascm@nitjsr.ac.in to waive off the fee. It
will be given due consideration;
Registration:
Delegates should complete the registration form and send soft copy by email to ascm@nitjsr.ac.in;
The dates of
the ASCM 2020 virtual conference will most likely remain the same (3-4 August
2020), although some activities may be rearranged and adapted to better suit
time differences and the online presentation and discussion formats.
